1. Acceptance
Using ThatsABanger.com ("Service") binds you to these Terms.
2. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate info. You own your uploads but license us to store, analyse, display and derive insights.
3. Data Use & Cookies
We may aggregate and may provide and or sell insights about thumbnail and title statisitics (what does well, note that we wont sell or use single thumbnails, just analyze them, i.e. what fonts do well) in the future. Analytics cookies (Cookie-X) load only with consent.
4. Subscription & Credits
4.1 Subscription – sold via Whop.com (Premium $19 / month, Pro $79 / month), auto-renewing until cancelled via your Whop portal.
4.2 Credits – each paid month adds up to2 000 credits (Premium) or10 000 credits (Pro); unused credits expire at the next monthly reset and access beyond the paid month is not guaranteed.
• Upload idea: 10 credits • AI thumbnail: 20 credits • Vote: 1 credit • Title suggestion: 1 credit
• Thumbnail testing: 1 credit per thumbnail (2 credits with dual AI analysis)
Costs may change with notice.
4.3 Earned credits – voting may grant free credits; same expiry rule.
5. Refunds
You may withdraw from the subscription
within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, e-mail
support@thatsabanger.com or use the Whop subscription management portal.
6. Changes
Updates take effect 30 days after posting on /terms and in your dashboard; continued use = acceptance.
7. Governing Law
Austrian law; courts of Vienna have jurisdiction.
